I own a 2012 KIA Rio Hatch. A very nice little car but please think twice before buying a KIA. It seems they have part availability issues.
This is the second time that I am waiting for parts. I am not talking about a part that might need replacement once in 10 years. This is a grill and left front head light. It's been weeks and I've just been informed that it may take another 3 weeks and as I am writting this, I am holding for KIA customer care for the last 15 min. Apparently their lines are busy.
I had the same issues with KIA Motors SA not to long ago.
We have dicided to get this KIA repaired and trade it in on something else that actually has backup service. Maybe a Tata or GMW.
