VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I bought a Hunday I10 from Auto pedigree Queenstown a week before Xmas. Before taking the car from the show room my son inspected the car and found the their was some areas that needed attention. The list was made such as the water bottle for the windscreen was out of order, the plastic strip on the drivers side was loose, the passenger front door had a dent and a hole in the paint that was fixed with touch up and the aircone was faulty. After a brief discusion with the Manager he ensured me that all will be fixed in the new year as all suppliers are closing for xmas wich I then accepted. Its now the 4th of April and only the aircone has been fixed. Me and my son has made numeros phone calls to the dealer and all we get is empty promises of we will phone you back... and that never happens. I am now getting to the point of going to see my lawyer. I am discusted to see that consumers are still being treated this way in this day and age do these people operate above the CPA?
