Had a great experience this morning at VW Hatfield in Pretoria.
My Golf has been feeling a bit dead low down so I was worried that the supercharger wasn't boosting as it should, but these things are hard to quantify. Yesterday I had a look at the outlet pipe from the intercooler to check that it was connected properly and then noticed some oil leaking from somewhere.
I took it to VW Hatfield and was helped by Pieter who said that if I bring my car in early he'll try get it on an open lift and check it out. Took it in this morning and he lifted it up. 30 mins later my car was ready outside and working perfectly. Turns out it was the pipe from the intercoolers seal that was damaged it and he replaced it.
Considering how incredibly busy they were today I really appreciate that they managed to get me in on such short notice. It's service like that that makes customers feel cared for and builds brand loyalty. Thanks a million!
