I have recently bought a car @ auto Baltic/Volvo, Midrand. I was supposed to be excited to be driving my brand new car; instead I was so uncertain if I have made the best choice because:
1. Bad attitude from the sales person and he is the reason I am reporting this
2. I didn't feel the courtesy of being a client, as if the sales person made a favour to be selling this
car to me
3. I was promised that the tank will be filled up, guess what? It was empty. And when I returned the car, only
half tank was filled up
4. There was no car manual/warranty documents & service documents
5. I have paid a lot of money for the smash & grab, already it's peeling
This is disappointing because I am the one who is bringing business to Volvo and I was treated this way.?
