I recently relocated to Dbn from Jhb &looking for removers came across PQx3 whose quote was the lowest of them all. Because of this, I was sceptical but when I asked they explained they only charge for the one way trip. They then book another customer from your end point back to Jhb. That all made sense to me & decided to accept there quote.
DONT DO IT! it's not at all worth the cost savings.
My stuff arrived on the Tuesday-was expected the Sunday morning. They claimed the truck broke down & cell phone died that's why he was not able to call to inform me on Sunday or Monday of the delay.By Monday I figured I was never going to see my stuff again.
When it did arrive-Some of my furniture arrived broken. I was told that they would get the insurance to call-I asked for a policy number & they could not tell me it. I have not heard anything from insurance company.
I realised a couple days later that my washing machine was also broken in the travel.
I also never received any of my potplants & one box is still missing when they promised to deliver next trip.
Don't fall for their. Don't use them.
