Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Kia not living up to its promise

I have purchased a kia Rio in November last year and all I have received is poor services and more stressed added no one can give me a solution or answers

The car came with a bust spear tyre
The tint on the left hand side widow is tearing
The car has not been registered on my name to date.
The reverse gear does not select at times.

And the list goes on I need to know how can the CPA help me here.
