My friend and I walked into the Sasol Garage only to recieve the most disgustingg treatment imaginable! We stood at the food counter for a while and had to request service TWICE before we eventualy left! The employees had such bad attitude and absolutely did not care. There was 4 people standing at the till point and yet when we asked for service none of them was willing to serve us, we could not help ourselves to the food as it was behind the food counter. I am so appalled by this behaviour and my entire perception of this brand has changed. How can Sasol employ such rude, uncultured people that know absolutely nothing about customer service? Never again shall I or anyone I know go to Sasol! Not for food and not for fuel!
