I have had the most atrocious service from KIA Durban South. I must add with the exception of the F & I who has really gone out of his way to assist me.
Firstly the sales person omitted to mention that the vehicle, had work done. It apparently does not need to be disclosed when the vehicle has had a "bump". How does one differentiate between a bump and a front smash when work has been done is beyond my knowledge.
Almost 2 months later and my deposit has not been returned to me, I have heard all the excuses and the dealer principle, cannot be bothered to sign off on this.
If these are the caliber of people that KIA employ then i shudder to think what might have happened had i gone through with the sale.
I would rather deal with people who dont and can behave in a professional manner while delivering on service.
Clearly all the infringements of my consumer rights.
