Open letter to anyone considering a KIA purchase

Your sales staff have blatantly to me -
1. That all cars have to come through the Table View branch and get distributed from there - rubbish apparently
That there were 3x white 1400 Tec with sunroofs on the ship docking 25th Feb... and I would definitely get one of them, no deposit or offer to purchase needed.
2. Phoned on the 25th Feb to confirm and sales only too happy to confirm my order but it would take approx 2-3 weeks between docks and dealership
3. Phoned today to find no white Tec allocated to Table View, but salesperson could hear I was devastated and would speak to manager and get back to me within 1/2 hour
4. When she hadn't called back an hour later I called again ..only to find she was out on a test drive? - this is incredibly sad - she really had me believing she cared for her customers
5. When I telephoned the manager directly he confirmed none of this had ever been mentioned to him.
KIA sales staff and managers - how would you feel if you were in my position as someone who had his heart set on a new car for his wife as an 15th anniversary present?
I've feel really and truly let down by a company I once greatly admired and wanted to do business with.
