Ooked a month ago for my car to be serviced last friday with Celeste who is excellent, the first issue is that I waited whole day for car to have its 105000km service as I took it in just after 8 the morning and only received it around 5pm. When I collected the car it wasn't even cleaned it had dirt all over from when it was worked on and the plastic that is used to sit on and the empty box of a filter which couldn't even be thrown away. The following day I took the car to the car wash and found marks on the front bumper that cannot be removed as I thought it was just dirt. I am really not happy with the service I received which I think was really pathetic.
