I took the car in to Imperial Fiat in Kuilsriver in 2011. My car got serviced and new parts. About 2 weeks after that my oil pump had to be replaced and the bearings. Then when they started the car in their workshop they didn't do the work right and then the bearings went out in the shop. Then they expected me to pay for a complete engine overhaul. We said no, not our mistake it was the work shop that didn't do their job properly. Eventually they agreed to redo the whole engine on their behalf and they gave me a courtesy car. Then 4 Months later got the car back and there was a big hole in bumper which occurred at their workshop. They fixed it. Took almost 6 months to get my car back. Then in December 2012 after just driving 3200km the engine blew again on the N1 close to Cape Town. I HAVE PAPERWORK TO BACK EVERYTHING UP.
After all this I still loved my Alfa, but the service and incompetent workshop has drove me to a point where I will involve the RMI and other sources, because I don't know what to do any more! ALL I WANT IS MY CAR and they way I hear is that Alfa is back with a boom with good customer service and workmanship, this bull!!!
