Bad service

Took my car to Bosh service centre 2weeks ago for a Major service. At the previous service it was indicated that the aircon needs to be refilled and the brake pads and Antifreeze, when I got my car back this time all those issues have miraculously disappeared and didn't need to be filled and was ticked that they were fine. Wondering if anything was done at all? I then phoned the Manager to enquire how that could have happened who promised to phone back the following day, its a week later now and no phone call. I even got a after service call to find out if I am happy with the service and enformed them I am not and waiting for the manager to call and still did not receive that call from the manager. Very Bad service!!
