Disgusted by the terrible service at Total garage

On the 23rd of December 2012 myself and my fiance drove into the Malamulele Total garage hoping to fill up petrol, We intended to use our credit card, the attendant filled in the Petrol for R600 at my fiance's request, He handed her the credit card for payment but she responded by saying they do not take credit or debit cards! We asked why they do not have a notice for customers stating they do not take credit cards? We did not have cash on us since we were relying on the card for payment! The attendant did not even apologise for this but said all they want is their money, we told them by law they are supposed to have clear notifications for something as important as that, Another attendat who seemed senior to the one who assisted us was informed of the matter, She then consulted a guy by the name of Gilbert Madume who was working at a spare shop situated at the garage, the guy was very rude and told my fiance he did not have money that is why he wanted to use a credit card, He claimed to be the owner of the garage but his attitude says otherwise! he does not know the first thing about customer service! we had to call the police in the end after spending more than an hour there!!
