After being declined with no real explanation, twice, I phoned and luckily Shelandrey picked up.. she tol me what to do as she could see why I was declined. I knew the declination was not correct and went about getting the appropriate info to her which she then personally saw to.
I was approved. This after trying t contact Shelandrey, I was told by the sales manager that it would not happen and there was nothing she could do.
These people are sent or "instructed" to help others, by divine intervention, as sometimes the request comes from people who really need a helping hand that ultimately saves a family.
The world needs more carers like you Shelandrey, an asset to this company.
