I bought a new Beretta 125cc on 22.11.2012 from MotoMia in Goodwood. I was assured to be ready to pick up on 18.12.2012 12:00. The bike it was not ready then and I was send to another shop on Koeberg road Cape Town. Apparently all was arranged and I would be helped there. On arriving there - again nothing was prepared at all. The bike was not ready. I had to wait for an hour and half and very reluctant staff eventually helped loading the bike into my Llandrover after I threw a "good old tantrum". Then! I was told the registration document was not ready either and would be couriered. The reason to pick up the bike at the 2. shop was that the documents were not ready in the first shop. Eventually the courier arrived on 22.12.12. The traffic department told me that this is not a new bike registration because a company "Stansbay Strickland CC" registered the bike already, which in anybody's understanding makes this a 2.hand bike. I wasn't told this beforehand. I still could not register because the company BRNC and directors ID are still missing. Till today I have not received them despite many calls and reminders. I now want to cancel the sale contract and get my money back
