I started experiencing a bout about a year ago when my contract came to an end then i called to renew my contract with motor happy insurance the person who was helping me opened a new contract so i had 2 debit order going off after realizing this i called to ask this mistake to be rectified to renew my old contract and cancel this new additional contract but instead both of the contract were canceled only realized when i took my car in for a service that i no longer have a motor plan i had to pay my R180000km cash and re apply for the renewal of my old plan they stated deducting in September in December i got a message saying i can now take in my car for service anytime yesterday took my car to service of R195000 when the dealer request authorization they said there's another vin number on the system do i have 2 renault i told them no this is the only renault i ever owned since 2014 now i had to wsit fir for mire than 24hrs for validation meaning i couldn't go to work for 2days and couldn't fetch my son from school this brought such a frustration on me and it was very inconveniencing me i was even think of terminating the contract for good and reporting this matter to hellopeter and ombudsman. I hope this is the last time i get so inconvenienced from liquid capital.
