NON PAYMENT OF THIRD PARTY CLAIM

A Discovery Insure client reversed into me in July 2022. I submitted a third party claim, Discovery acknowledged liability and I signed the settlement for. No funds have been released to me, hence I still drive around in a damaged vehicle. Agent assigned to my case never, ever answers her phone, spoke a few times to complaints department no response despite promises.
