Putco has come up with a new bus tapping system. We spend roughly 20 minutes at a bus stop because they implemented this new tapping system without properly testing it. We are no longer allowed to connect and our buses do not report to work everyday. If I can't connect how am I supposed to get home. They want to charge R13 to connect when they do not even have enough buses. None of what they are implementing was ever communicated with passengers.
