According to my bus ticket I travel on RTE 8017- Trp2 Bus 5084 Drvr 041885 Shift 0119 KLW/EP/KL -Hillbrow.
I would like to log an official complaint regarding how Putco operates.
The bus picks me up at 06:43 at stop located in the Main Road, Extension Four Eldorado Park.
For the past few weeks I never arrive at work on time due to the delay caused by the other passengers in Freedom Park.
Previously the bus never journeyed through Freedom Park and the bus managed to get me at work on time.
Kindly note I work in Braamfontein.
I can't understand!
Putco is now the busses are over compliment i.e. packed but the bus schedules are not changed.
This is logical more passengers means more time.
What I expect from this complaint is Putco is:
1. If the bus route still remains collecting passengers in Freedom Park I propose the bus leaves earlier so passengers do not arrive late.
2. Todays driver was the slowest ever he even managed that the 07:15 bus pass us.
This driver is very slow.
3. I guess Putco cares about their clients and request a manger to contact me for the benefit of passengers and Putco.
4. PS! I am longstanding passenger!
