Driver of bus reg CBT282L was completely obstructing traffic in the left lane of a very busy intetsection at the Mall of the North crossing from R71 to LTD bypass. At 11h45 on Sunday 9 Oct. He refused to drive when the light turned green and allowed passengers to climb off at the crossing and open the luggage areas looking for their luggage while cars driving past in the right lane turning to the mall. He stopped all the traffic left and behind him from moving and pht passengers in a very dangerous situation
