Problem- Engine system- performance reduced
1. vehicle was towed on Monday 19 September 2022 after showing the problem over the weekend. I have had no transport until today.
2. I was informed that a part has been ordered to arrive today. It has not arrived. I have struggled to get to work.
3. I called customer care to request a courtesy car. I waited for a while, while the attendant was contacting Brian at the dealership. No response was received until I personally called again to make a follow up. All this time using my cellphone and airtime.
4. the response is dissatisfying. Volvo East London has NO LOAN CAR.
5. I have never missed any installment. I bought the vehicle for my personal convenience, to get to work and do my businesses. It is now parked waiting for a spare part from where I do not know.
6. I drive a very expensive car- Volvo EAST LONDON is giving an embarrassing response. Is there No OTHER OPTION IF THEY HAVE NO LOAN CAR? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET TO WORK? I HAVE STRUGGLED SINCE WEEKEND TO TRAVEL and get to work this week.
7. I have use Volvo since 2005 and feel like I do not deserve this clumsy treatment.
