Need parts

I own a Kia Shuma - bought in Namibia as a 2001 model - apparently it is a 1999 model. Best quality car I ever owned. Now 200, 000 km's on the speedo, and except for services, tires etc, I only spent ONCE money on the stearing rack. Now I need some parts. Left front door mechanism, right front door electric window mechanism, right front door electrical windows control panel. The KIA dealership in Windhoek (Namibia) tells me that no parts are available anymore for this car. Is it true? A real pity if there is no backup for parts from your side.
