Being told lie after lie about ordered spare

I ordered a control unit for my car and i was told that it will take 10 days as it is ordered from Germany. I ordered it on the second week of April . When i inquired after 10 days i was told they will call me back after 2 hours but i never got any response. On the 8/05/2017 i inquired again and the other guy( i know his name) just put the phone on the side to avoid listening to me. On the 12/5/2017 i called again only to be told by the manager that my part was at customs and did not make it here because i did not pay for it upfront. The order was placed by them and i was not given that information beforehand. i had money and i could have paid for it. The following morning on the 13th i went and paid for the part and i was told that it will take a week for the part to come from customs, they furthermore promised to call me during the week of which they did not. On the 20th i went again only to be told by the manager that the part was taken back to Germany because i had not paid for it.

I went again the following week only to be told that the part is in customs again and it will be here in this week Wednesday and that the manager will call me on Tuesday.I called him on Tuesday and he said he will call me on Wednesday. He did not call and when i called on Wednesday he told me he will call me in two hours, he never called.

I am so sick and tired of the bad and appauling service from Shiraz auto. I have been their customer since 2008 but i can assure you i will never ever do business with them again. They treat people like idiots.
