I've been trying to get a resolution on an incorrect charge on my account from the 27/01/14. Everytime I call the branch I get transferred from one person to another that's if they bother to answer the phone. The person I was told to speak with or would get back to me is Brandon. To date I have not received a call back from him and when I call and ask to be put through no one answers. I was charged for a missing sun visor in the car. However that was how I received the car and only noticed it after pick up and reported it to the consultant when I dropped the car off.
