I called avis to book a car for next week and i ask her why are the amounts different from the previous one she then explained that the quotes do change now and again. She sent me more than 3 quotes that are incorrect and when i stand to correct her that you do not send an incorrect quote to the customer (me) she went on to say im rude. there are a lot of car rental companies who delivery service to the best and who treat each and every customer with utmost respect and never challenge our question. I asked for her surname and she just transferred me to different department nogal. If this is the kind of service delivers then i would rather use another rental comapny than to take such or attitude from this young girl. her name is lungile skosana her agent ID is 17199. what a attitude.
