I have been on the line with DHL call centre for the past 15 minutes where I have been transferred to numerous ignorant DHL employees. I have asked to talk to a manager or supervisor and just being blatantly ignored. We have an extremely URGENT item that must be sent from Ghana to SA. I sent a letter to DHL in Ghana giving them permission to courier the item using our DHL account in South Africa. The people in Ghana refuses to send the item using our account and they cannot give me a reason. They also don't want to give me number or contact name for a manager.
I can't believe that this is the way we are being treated as a loyal customer to DHL. I will most definitely talk to our creditors department and management to suggest another courier company as DHL has the worst customer service ever. There are many other courier companies that will want to help us.
