Nissan South Africa
Nissan: Thanks for NOTHING

I originally posted 13/01 and received a call on 14/01 with many apologies and promises to rectify the situation. I took the car in as arranged to have my complaints addressed. None of the staff had me booked in, it took 45 minutes to book in my car. The person I had dealt with was conviniently in a meeting.

I was told to collect my car at 16:00, but it arrived just before 17:00 so staff was in a hurry to leave. I asked what had been done. The rep told me everything was sorted. It turns out they replaced the rusted screws on my roofrack and tightened the handbrake. The most important issue on a long list was the car breaking down when on a decline. It has broken down twice since the repair.

This level of incompetence is not acceptable. I had hoped Nissan South Africa could help with the incompetence of the dealership. Evidently I was wrong.
