On 31 of December 2013 I hired a cab firstly I was charged more than double the price and an extra R100 for a 20 Km trip. instead of paying R280 I ended up paying R500 plus an extra R100. On top of everything the controller of Grab a cab told the driver over the radio that we shouldn't take her for a and we'll just pay that money. they're excuse for their bad service is they were under a lot of pressure and they had to squeeze me in that's why they over charged me. The people at the Grab a cab office refused to give their boss's contact number and refused to let me speak to him in person. This is not the first time I've been over charged by this people. The boss of Grab a cab where do you find these people? they will rob you blind... I'm never making use of your service again!!!
