Ad service and attitude

My Car (Opel Astra) was having a play every time when I drive and I decided to take it to Hi-Q for inspection. They check the car and found that Control Arm Bushes are demaged and suggested to do aligmnent when they finish repairing the car. ok, fine I agree with the quotation & I gave them a go ahead. In two hours they fix the car, done the alignment and I paid. During the test driving, brakes were no longer working but before I came into their workshop were fine & I asking them to fix their mistake. The old white boss and his cashier RYAN screamed at me when and told me the way I don't know even know about the cars. I ended up crying in front of other customers when they attack me. I noticed that according to RYAN and his boss, I was surposed to pay extra for all damage done by the Technician in the workshop and obviously I don't have the right to complain about something wrong they done in my car. you know I decided to take my car with no brakes, risk my life and other peoples life because of the selfish Boss from HI-Q Alberton.
