We bought a Nissan Livina with the understanding that we will get a payment rebate based on our compliance to rules set out by BLUELAKESSA. Problem is, we are compying to these rules and they are not holding up their end of the agreement. My profile on their site shows payments made, however that moneynever makes it to your account.
Is this just a BIG or is someone on the inside us blind. For the last 4 months I have been driving over 1500km a months, taking all the required pics and waisting time uploading them on the site. I am at my wits end.
Will this company or other customers in the same situation please respond.
