I had an extremely difficult morning and when I went to fill up my tank with petrol, I was not in the mood to smile. The petrol attendant "Mr M" (he calls himself) did not let my sour disposition affect his mood and he smiled and joked with me, helping me to forget about my horrible day. He pumped up my tyres, as I asked, and was not happy with how flat the back tyres were, so he got some soapy water to check if there were any punctures.
