2.5 hours wait to be told after 1.5 hours that they stripped the car and didn't bother to check that the new glass is cracked. Now I'm still waiting and there is a complete lack of communciation and broken telephone lines-they can't even be bothered to call. I have to come in ti get updates. I'm disgusted.
