General Motors South Africa
Vehicle Service Extras

I had my vehicle in for its 135, 000 km service and was 5 cars from check in at 7 am on November 21st 2013. I reported as asked, that there is a boot light malfunction and a problem with my ABS braking system. I waited for a phone call from GM Centurion until 4:15 pm before calling them myself. They responded with an excuse that they had too many cars in that day and that my car is on the line being serviced and it is nearly done, they told me they would phone back. At 5 pm I phoned them back again and the said that the driver is out and they don't know when he could pick me up. The driver collected me and I got my car at 6:15 pm. They did a Service as required and neglected to look at the vital ABS braking system which is VITAL. I have nearly been in 3 serious accidents after that. I had the vehicle at a vendor on a hoist to see if the front brakes have not been depleted, after inspection they found nothing wrong with the discs and pads. I phoned GM Centurion AGAIN on Saturday December 7th 2013 after their Customer survey logged the incident on November 30th 2013. I was told that GM would contact me today December 9th 2013 and yet I needed to phone them again.
