An e-mail requesting feedback from Clive thompson was sent 22/08/2013, It was forwarded to wim van shie on the same day requesting further investigation. I have received no feedback since that time. No responsibility was taken for my query. Renault generally does not admit any fault from their side. They charged me for strip and quote without my approval to proceed and all they did was remove all parts for replacing the EGR hose (the total time to replace the component is approximately three hours according to their manual) and then wanted to charge me another three hours to replace the hose. I told them I did not want to pay for another three hours, when the stripping was already done. They then did not even fit the hose completely (the one end was totally loose).

Dodging responsibility and general poor service seems to be renault culture - as experienced more than once...

No responsibility taken in more than a year.
