I requested a quote online for a move from Secunda to Centurion scheduled for the 30/11/2013. Their quote was less expensive than other companies and i decided to go with them. The salesmen Ronald was very proffessional and helpful throughout our correspondence. Due to unforseen matters we had to move out on29/11/13 in Secunda so i requested 1daystorage as i was meant to move in the following day in Centurion. It cost me R2400 on top of the R5400 original quote. They were busy but being the helpful guy i got to interact with he promised to make a plan as it was short notice. He indeed notified me at 22h10 on the 28/11/13 that the truck will arrive at 17h30 on the 29/11/13.
However the truck arrived at 21h00 on the 29/11/13 instead of 17h30 without anyone notifying us about any delays. We had to book a hotel in Secunda for R1100 as we cudnt drive with some of the luggage at 23h00. We notified the truck owner Thabo that the house is ready in Centurion and he said they offloaded our luggage as they needed his truck somewhere. I called him at 12h00 and he said the truck will arive at 15h00. I called him at 18h56 and he said the guys will be here at20:00 they only arrived at 21:30.
