My vehicle has been out of commission for the past 2 months due to a small electronic sensor that went faulty.

this part costs about R500, my monthly repayments that I make on the vehicle is R 5 500. This totals R11 000 that I have paid and haven't been able to make use of my car due the incompetence of Mahindra.

I have been waiting on Mahindra to send the part for the past two months and very time I follow up I get feed after, every week I get told that I will be here the following week and this never is the case.

its disgusting that I have to beg for a part which I have already paid for by my maintenance plan.

I will am going to take this up with a legal adviser and fight as I don't see why I need to continue to suffer the financial and mental anguish as well as the time I have spent dealing with this company!
