Bare minimum

I took my VW Polo for a service this week. I am really upset that VW ask VERY HIGH servicing costs but do the bare minimum. I strongly feel that a normal little task like cleaning a idle control valve can be done as part of a service. All of my years Delta/GM did that every year or two. I will not service my car at an VW agent ever again.
