Couple months ago I bought a clio4 dynamic. Right from the start the Bluetooth had problems with my iPhone 5 as well as iPhone 4. Took it back to be fixed, and I'm told that Renault are waiting to get settings for the car to work with these phones? I do not accept this. How dare you sell me this car and tell me the Bluetooth works when it doesn't.
I have been waiting long enough now, I phone over and over, I'm told "we'll call you back shortly" but you never do. If this is not sorted out I will be demanding my money back, because this is not what I've paid for. You've turned me buying my most valuable asset into a nightmare. You got my money, but I didn't get exactly what I paid for.
I don't care if you don't have "settings" for my phone, stop making this my problem. I asked if I can test the Bluetooth on a demo car but was not allowed. Fix it, or you can have the car back and I'll take my money.
