I recently bought my Polo Vivo at Constantia Kloof which is a second hand car and this is by far the worst decision i have ever made. I am supposed to be a satisfied customer but it has only frustrated me for teh past 5 months. Just weeks after recieving the car i noticed that it had a problem with the wheel alignment of which i took it in and they claimed to have fixed it but i still could feel and hear noises coming from the front of the car. The wheels were already old when i got the car, i query this and it was never looked into. To make things worse a month after they have fixed the car i have brake problems and had to get the brake discs renewed and fix the wheel alighnment AGAIN- SO CLEARLY THESE WORKERS DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO FIX THE VEHICLE. To make matters worse i take the car in for service and i do not have a service plan allocated and according to my understanding i could get serviced for the next 90km of which i have reached now and the sales person again and says that he told me that the POLO VIVO's do not come with the service plan- how is that possible because i clearly recall asking about warrenties and service plans. TOTALLY UNHAPPY AND DON'T WANT THE CAR!
