I called VW McCarthy and was advised by the service consultant that they do not do engine wash. The car is still under maintenance plan. The problem is that the engine bay is full of dust. If VW cannot assist me and suggest that I do not wash the engine, "What do I do? ", so I have to live with the dust on the engine and the dust just gets thicker and thicker. Now I fully understand why consumers pay more for Mercedes, it is not only the product one gets but the Service as well.
