I bought a power steering pump a month ago at RSS. It was shipped to Cape Town and worked only for a week. I phone RSS to inform that that the pump had packed and it has failed. Eugine advised that they would ship me a replacement pump as soon as possible as the pump was still under warranty. I am going into the second month without receiving a pump. RSS claims that they had been out of stock. I eventually got fed up and requested for a refund. The pump has been shipped through to them but I am still awaiting my refund. THroughout my interactions with RSS I was the one constantly phoning for feedback I had never received a single call informing me about the progress. I am not sure if this is how they deal with all their customers or are they mistreating me because I am black because I am sure if I was a white custolmer this would have been resolved ages ago. Even through my interactions with them I sense that the people in this company have no respect for black customers
