Hi

I'm not satisfied with the amount of service I got from Hyundai, from the negations of the vehicle up until I got it.
they still had the nerve to give me my vehicle with outstanding items

- service book
- spare key
- cigarette lighter
- car registration.

its taken them over 3 weeks to sort this out, I constantly have to call them and they reassure me that they will bring them but never happens. I escalated this to the store manager Wandile, even he failed to assist, it kinda defeats the purpose of having a store manager who cant manage client issues.
to put salt to the wound one of the agents from Hyundai head office in cape town called me to rate the service, I told her and she promised to get back to me. until today i'm still waiting.
this company is all talk but lack the action to back up their talk.

I just want my outstanding items and the should leave me alone.

Ill never recommend this brand, looking at the stats on hello peter it seems that they are not bothered bout the service, they are just interested in sales. this is my first and last sale with them.
