I received a response from Imperial advising that they gave me 60days free and subsides 10months for R1300.00 per month i find it strange that a big company like Imperial Fountain can like this. Their advert for the special was pay R999.00per month for a year. i don't understand this because the 60days is standard time given to any financed vehicle across all the brands. Why they are lying saying they arranged60 days free when it applies all over. They and treated me badly, i work for a financial institute and i know that 60 days applies all over they should not behave like is something special from them. Their advert said your pay R999 per month for a year it did not say R999.00 for 10months. so it means in Imperial language a year is 10months. They and deceived me as a customer they treated me like i'm stupid giving me silly answers. The send me the cheague for 10 months for R13000.00 and according to my calander a year is 12 months so i'm waiting for my balance of 2months from imperial.. They thought because i'm a black woman i don't know my rights or know how many months are there in a year... A year is 12months not 10 Months as per Imperial Select.
