2 Days for a minor Oil Leak and then

I service 3 vehicles and referred a work colleague to AW Milnerton. Service was never great but acceptable.

Therefore I was content to take my 2007 Astra for an Oil Leak and dropped it 7:30 in the morning.By 13:00 not hearing from them I decided to phone them, they had no update. I again phoned at 14:00 and still no update.By 14:30 I again phone only to be told that the quotes person left sick that day. So no-one else could get a price on a crank shaft seal that took me all of 5 minutes? The oil leak could have been fixed the same day but I had to make alternative arrangements to leave the car overnight.

Then came the best surprise! When I collected my car the next day at 16:00, the mechanic noted that the car was due for a service! THANKS for telling me NOW!

You had my car for TWO days and I would have had the service done! But since you don't want to do it!
