Yesterday my wife's car broke down. I called Outsurance Roadside Assist. Marco Odendaal helped me in a friendly and re-assuring way.
In 40 minutes since my call the tow-truck was lifting the vehicle.
Believe me, this is not the first great experience I had with Outsurance. Every time they exceed my expectations with fantastic service and incredible efficiency. A shining light in the darkness of poor service in South Africa.
