Had to have my car serviced. Previously had my car serviced at another VW branch closer to work, but was not happy with the service there. Made a booking with VW Hatfield Bryanston, and was able to get a service the very next day. Upon arrival was greeted by friendly staff, who were there even earlier than they said they would be, and treated to fantastic service. AD took the time to listen to any queries I had and ensured everything I asked was carried out. Well done!
