I booked my vehicle in on the 15 of October to have my breakpads replaced

i realised only in 2 weeks time that there was a rattle coming from the back wheel.
i notified them immediatly when i discovered this.

they made arrangements for me to bring my vehicle for inspection 4 hours later i recieved a call that my car is ready, i took the car and didn't even need to pay in extra.

not only are their costs reasonable but the also king in TCF (Treating Customers Fairly)
