Will it keep it simple and short... No one wants their car at panel beaters but given the choice I would park my car at VDS anyday just for fun. Took my car in for repairs a week ago this shop especially Mario defines what customer service should be. The guy kept me updated on what was happening to the car and even when there was a delay he let me know why and when I got the car, everything was done perfectly. From the accounts, to repairs to front desk... there is a sense of urgency in what they are doing.
Having had a bad experience with another panel beater... VDS is a fresh breath of life. Kudos team... keep up the good work.
