Service with more then a smile!

I booked my new Chevrolet Captiva in for it's first service. I had experienced a strange oil leak and was concerned there was something very wrong. They took my vehicle in immediately and reassured me they would check everything. On booking in, I received an sms to say that the car was booked in. Then the following morning I received another sms and a phone call from the service manager to say they were starting on my car. At the end of the day another sms to say the service was complete and a call from the manager (Thenus) to reassure me that he personally checked for oil leaks and that the car was 100%. When I fetched my vehicle, Thenus assured me that there was no oil leak but that if I ever had an issue I could call the 24/7 helpline and they would get someone out to me. It's now the following day and I just received another sms to say thank you for having Key Delta service the car. Your communication, friendly service and quality is impeccable in a day and age where no one really cares about customer satisfaction! Thank you for helping me choose Chevrolet for life! You guys are awesome!!
