About 8 months ago my Cherry QQ 1.1 TXE handbreak button broke and boot spoiler broke. At this stage i have to work through Bloemfontein where i bought the vehicle. I report to them all the faults. The manager at the workshop want me to come through so that they an take photos. I asked and then he said no then i have to wait till they come back to me. I said i must drive 400 km and return and then ride again 400 km if they will fixed it. In meantime branch open in Kimberley I went here and a employee name jannie help me take photos and vin number send to bloem where they onfirm that person work with claims have resighn. Now we done all over for new person. After 3 weeks nothing i went back to kimberley branch and they inform me jannie have resighn and they no nothing and is still waiting for authorasation to do Cherry. Three weks later i went back again there were a young women working with laims she found all my photos and information, but here excuse was that she was not train, but she will ontact me. aiat is noe three months i have the car nearly 2 years and my problem is still not fixed.
